The client originally contacted us to discuss a “Mom Cave” in the attic. During the conversations she repeatedly said “…but what I really would like is a new kitchen.” We worked up some estimates and found a way for them to afford a two-story rear addition, complete with expanded kitchen, family room, rear mudroom, and a second-level master suite.
